- "How long is each daily workout?"
Each daily workout last for one hour. It starts at 6:00AM-7:00AM on Saturday and Sunday. - "Do I have to be in shape to join?"
The boot camp fitness is available to anyone wishing to improve their physical fitness level, whether you are out of shape, need to loose weigth, or a professional athlete, this fitness class is for you. You do not need to be in shape to attend. - "What happen in case it rains or get cold?"
We can train whether it gets cold, rain or shine. do not let the weather interfere with your training schedule. Working out in all type of weather conditions is part of the fun in our training experience. With the proper clothing, there is no reason that you can not enjoy a warm dry workout no matter what the weather is. Remember to dress up in layers on cold days and do not forget your hands, feet and head. Always bring a hat and gloves. You need to also purchase a rain suit gear for rainy days. You can get a rain suit gear at any local sport stores like (Moadel, Sport authority)
