Arverne Boot Camp Fitness offers two experiences:  outdoor beach boot camp fitness and online personal fitness training.   Whatever your fitness needs are, our program can help you.  Do you want to lose weight?  Are you ready for a total body make over?  Come get in shape fast with our fitness boot camp in Arverne beach, New york.

Our workout programs are the perfect combination of Personal Training, Nutritional Plan, Nutrition Counseling  and Outdoor Fitness in a fun group environment.  We are a unique all outdoor monthly finess class at Arverne Beach in Queens.  We utilize the same basic drills and exercises that the military uses to keep you in the best of shape.

Arverne Beach Boot Camp Fitness is a group outdoor high intensity time efficient 1 hour work out, 2 times a week for 4 weeks to get you in the best shape of your life.  The constant changing of the intense workout keeps your body burning fat and increasing strength and endurance day after day.  The boot camp style workout will help you lose the weight that you want to lose and gain lean body mass.  The activities include sprinting, jogging, plyometric, stairs, monkey bars, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, parachute runs, and other calisthenic drills

This program additionally offers online personal fitness training, fitness instruction, nutritional planning, body fat measurement, and motivational training.  The Boot Camp is available to anyone wishing to improve their physical fitness level, whether you are out of shape, need to lose weight, or a professional athlete, this fitness class is for you.  You do not need to be in shape to attend.  Boot Camp workouts are an interesting way to add variety to your fitness regiment.  So what are you waiting for, sign up and enlist.
